Welcome to fishwt.com Returns and Exchanges! If you are not satisfied with your order, as a consumer you have the statutory right of withdrawal under the Belgian Code of Economic Law (Book VI) within 14 days of receiving your order.

When Trying Items On
Tip: Try on your new items on a clean, flat surface. Action: Leave tags and labels attached until you're sure you want to keep the item — this keeps a later return simple and straightforward.
Condition and Packaging
Tip: Keep the original packaging until you're sure you'll keep the item. Action: For a smooth return, the item should be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached.

Return period: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

Refund process: Choose your preferred option (refund, store credit, or exchange) as part of the return process.

Condition of goods: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags and original packaging.

Return shipping costs: Under EU consumer law, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise. If an item is faulty or was shipped in error, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Exceptions: Excluded from the right of withdrawal are items that are clearly personalised or made to your specifications, as well as sealed items that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Pack securely: Pack your return securely and, if possible, include your order number or delivery note.

Individual returns: Each order requires a separate return.

Prompt processing: Returns are typically processed within 3–6 business days of arriving at our warehouse. For damaged or faulty returns, processing may take up to 10 business days.
Refund Information
If your return is accepted, we will notify you by email. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice or proof of return, and will be automatically credited to your original payment method. If you haven't received your refund after this time, please contact us at info@fishwt.com.
Refunds, Store Credit, Faulty Items, and Exchanges

Store credit: On request, we can issue store credit instead of a refund.

Defective items: Please report any damage or defects promptly with a brief description and a photo to info@fishwt.com. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
