We ship from our location in Brussels, Belgium to Germany.

Customs and Taxes

Since deliveries are made within the European Union, all prices include statutory VAT (Mehrwertsteuer/MwSt.). No customs duties or import charges apply.

Shipping Options

We offer you the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping – Free, delivered in approx. 4–5 business days

• Express Shipping (insured) – €2.95, delivered in approx. 3–5 business days

Exact delivery times may vary depending on the postal network. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Order Processing

Orders are shipped on business days (Monday to Friday) from our location in Brussels. Orders placed after 12:00 noon are generally processed on the following business day. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

Please make sure your delivery address is correct. Once an order has shipped, we can no longer guarantee any changes. If you need to make a change, please contact us with your order number at info@fishwt.com.
